Storage unit is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Please be responsible for turning out lights and locking up unit if arriving late.
Office open only by appointment.
Rules
- A Key to the unit will be kept in a safe and will be available for emergency use only.
- Speed limit is 10 miles per hour.
- Watch and listen for children and animals when driving on premises.
- Children and animals must be supervised at all times.
- Parking in driveway is prohibited except for removing RV and loading. NO vehicle may remain on the premises unless parked in the unit.
- All personal belongings must be stored in your RV.
- No smoking or eating in the units.
- Portable heaters are NOT allowed. Renter will not operate gas-powered heaters or propane heaters at any time.
- Notify the office when moving out and remove all trash, and all property from the premises.
- We do not have a dumpster for Renter’s use. Please take all of your trash with you.
- When making a payment, list unit number on “memo line.”
- You are responsible for the actions of anyone you give your key to.
- CO Statues do not allow anyone to take up residence in their RV on these premises.
- CO Statues require that VRV STORAGE maintain records of all vehicles stored on the property. Name and address of owner/s of the RV, together with the make and model and year of said RV, and the license number, will be on record at all times. This also applies to any other vehicle left in unit while traveling. Renter must supply up-to-date information as soon as changes are made.
